Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Singapore.
When will I receive my Cafe Cuties mail?

All mail is shipped during the first week of each month. Delivery within Singapore usually takes 2–4 business days.

When is the last day to sign up for next month’s mail?

Sign-ups close on the last day of the current month.

For example, subscribe by 31 December to receive January’s mail. Subscribing from 1 January onward will start with February’s mail.
Can I track my order?

We currently use standard postage to preserves the charm of opening a surprise in your mailbox.
How can I update my shipping or billing address?

Sign into your account and update your profile. All future mail will be sent to the updated address.
What is included in each month’s envelope?

Contents vary depending on your subscription tier (Basic, Classic, or Premium). Each month’s envelope includes themed items such as letters, art prints and small surprises. Check the product page for full details of each subscription.
